Services

RY&L Digital provides web design, web application development, mobile app development, branding, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing of each project are agreed upon separately with each client.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for your project
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals during the design and development process
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements. All prices are in US dollars. Specific payment schedules are agreed upon before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. RY&L Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

RY&L Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each project is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
